{ SHIPPING INFORMATION }
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday by 3pm EST. Orders that come in after 9:00am EST, will ship the next business day.
Shipping Carriers and Shipping Times vary based on the size and or weight of the item. All orders ship within 2-5 business days of receiving order. Most times, orders are shipped next business day. Some items ship direct from the Mfr. warehouse which may cause a delay in delivery. Please email us with any questions regarding shipping times.
We will contact you via email to confirm your order has been received and we will contact you again via email to confirm when your order has been shipped.
We apologize, however, we cannot ship outside of the United States at this time.
{ RETURN POLICY }
We will gladly accept returns of unopened items damaged by the manufacturer (less shipping fees) or exchange damaged item with a replacement. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt; refunds will be made in the form of original payment. All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice and/or packing slip. PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL BEFORE SENDING A RETURN. ALL RETURNS MUST ACCOMPANY AN AUTHORIZATION CODE FOR VALIDATION.
